Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Ombre Brows – Initial Session.

Expect two to three hours for the initial appointment: consultation, brow mapping, numbing, pigment application, and aftercare review. Time varies by skin type, brow correction, and client preferences. Bring reference photos to help your technician design your ideal brow.

Most clients report mild discomfort; we apply topical anesthetic before and during the procedure to minimize pain. Sensations are often described as pressure or scratching. Our technicians work slowly and check in frequently to ensure your comfort throughout the session.

Results typically last one to three years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Oily skin, sun exposure, and exfoliation may fade pigment faster. Annual color refresher appointments or touch-ups help maintain shape and pigment saturation for longer-lasting results.

Follow our aftercare exactly: keep brows dry for seven to ten days, avoid sweating, saunas, and swimming, and apply the recommended ointment. No makeup or exfoliating products on the area until fully healed to ensure pigment retention and optimal healing.

Yes. A $100 deposit is required to book and secures your appointment time. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost. Deposits may be non-refundable or forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows—please review our booking and cancellation policy before scheduling.

The procedure places pigment in the skin, not on hair, so it doesn't remove natural hairs. Technicians may trim or tweeze minimal stray hairs during mapping to refine shape. Natural hairs generally grow normally; discuss concerns during the consultation.
